Shipping
Our preferred carriers are FedEx and UPS. Tracking numbers are available by request. We can ship by truck freight - truck freight orders will ship freight-collect to you or your customer if those services are available for your area. If you have an order that will ship by truck freight collect , please call ahead of time to get a rate quote for that order. Please be sure to specify which method of shipping you prefer with your order.
Returns
So that returns can be processed quickly, we ask that you please inspect ALL shipments within 5 working days after receipt. If you need to return any item please call our office to obtain an authorization number and further instructions. Items may be returned, at no charge, up to 60 days from the invoice date. Items returned from 61 days to 1 year will be assessed a 20 % restocking fee. Return are not accepted after 1 year. Email [email protected].
Missing or Damaged Products
Missing or damaged products must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date.
Pricing
Due to supplier price increases and decreases, PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Due to carrier rate increases shipping costs are subject to change without notice.
Warranty
Any new parts having defective workmanship will be replaced provided they are returned within one year from the original date of shipment. Our obligation shall be limited to replacement and in no event shall we be liable for consequential or special damages, or for transportation, installation, adjustment or other expenses which may arise in connection with such parts. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.
